Patrick McGrady 

CEO Patrick McGrady is an experienced writer-director having made many films for BBC and C4 before setting up the company. He has served as an elected member of the PACT Council and delivered media courses for the UEA as well as running drama and literary workshops . Patrick has also devised plays performed at the Edinburgh fringe and produced Blood on His Hands a film directed by Justin Coleman funded by the UK Film Council and short listed at the 2007 Raindance Festival.

Lucy Ward

Lucy Ward trained and practiced as a lawyer with international law firm Lovells for over 10 years. Lucy manages the business and commercial aspects of programme production, distribution and exploitation. She also co-produced Blood on His Hands with Patrick McGrady and was executive producer on The Machine that Made Us.

Philip Crocker

Philip Crocker is an historian by training and an experienced producer of social history documentaries with a particular interest in archive film. Recently Philip has made a number of series with Suggs including Suggs in Soho and Suggs' Survivors.

Beth Beamer

Beth Beamer joined Wavelength Films from C4 at the end of 2007. Beth formerly reported direct to Hamish Mykura helping bring award-winning films like 9/11: The Falling Man and Nuremberg: Goering’s Last Stand to the screen. Beth also worked with Jan Younghusband on such break out hits as Operatunity and Musicality which won Prix Italia and RTS awards and with Charles Furneaux on the Bafta award winning documentary Touching the Void. Beth is working now as a researcher with particular focus on music and the arts as well as undertaking general production management duties.
